This website (hereafter “Website”) was created and is managed by Brussels Airport Company NV/SA with registered office in the Diamant Building, A. Reyerslaan 80, 1030 Brussels, with company number 0890.082.292 (and business address at Brussels Airport, 1930 Zaventem), RPR/RPM Brussels (hereafter “Brussels Airport Company”) and by skeyes, autonomous public company with head office at Square de Meeûs 35 B-1000 Brussels (and main operating office at Tervuursesteenweg 303 B-1820 Steenokkerzeel) (hereafter “skeyes”).
“We” and “us” refers to Brussels Airport Company and skeyes.
This Website and the information it contains may be used on the condition that these Terms of Use (hereafter “Terms of Use”) hereafter are fully complied with. By using this Website you, hereafter also referred to as "the user", are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms of Use.
We provide the information set out on the www. batc .be Website solely for information purposes : providing information to local communities concerning runway use, flight paths and noise measurements on the air traffic at Brussels Airport (hereinafter “the Purpose”). The information that the user finds on this Website or that is provided to the user via this Website is of a general nature and can consequently not be considered as meeting the user's personal requirements or particular conditions.
By accesing and using the Website, you acknowledge and agree that the the Terms of Use, including the privacy policy, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and us concerning your use of the Website and supersede and govern all prior proposals, agreements, or other communications.
